River Island

This is a new project in progress. It is a 240 acres parcel of prime land located on the Kamiti Road and the new Northern By-pass within the boundaries of Nairobi County. The land has been subdivided into 40*80 ft, residential and commercial plots for sale. 5 acre plots have been reserved for the construction of low cost housing and shopping malls.
